These terms describe use of the Tracero website and asset-management platform. If your organization has a signed agreement with Tracero, that agreement governs where its provisions differ from this page.

Accounts and authorized use

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts and organization records you are authorized to access. Organization administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate permissions. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your records

You retain your rights in information you submit. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having permission to upload or process it. Tracero processes submitted information to provide the requested service. Review important records and maintain exports where needed for your operational requirements.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malicious software, interference with other users, or attempts to bypass access controls. Do not upload content that infringes the rights of others.

Plans and payments

Operational decisions and availability

AI suggestions, reports and automated outputs should be reviewed before important decisions. The service is not a substitute for professional judgment, physical verification or safety procedures. Maintenance and third-party outages can affect availability; any agreed service levels are defined in your organization's agreement.
