Information handled

The service handles account and organization details, such as names, email addresses, roles and preferences, together with asset records, reservations, custody records, audits, uploaded files and other information supplied by users. Technical information may include IP addresses, request logs, browser information and website usage events. Contact inquiries include the details you choose to provide.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the platform, authenticate users, manage organization access, process requested workflows, respond to inquiries, support billing and investigate service or security issues.

Service providers and organization access

Hosting, authentication, payment and AI features involve service providers as needed to deliver those features. Information submitted to an AI feature may be processed by its AI provider. Organization administrators and authorized members can access records according to their roles. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.

Cookies, local storage and camera access

The application uses session and browser storage for sign-in, preferences and supported offline functions. Website usage analytics may also be collected. Camera permission is requested for scanning features; you can revoke it in your browser or device settings.

Retention, security and your requests

Retention depends on the type of record, the organization's requirements and applicable obligations. Access controls and security measures help protect information, but no system guarantees absolute security. Contact your organization administrator for access or corrections to organization records.
